Wake Up! Beware Of Scammers And Fraudulent Activities

It has come to our notice that various individuals and groups have been using our brand name – Konga, and the names of individuals in our company to scam customers of their money.

There have been multiple incidents where scammers leverage our reputation and the trust we share with our customers to carry out various fraudulent activities.

Please, keep your eyes open and beware of scammers and fraudulent activities. Konga will NEVER ask you to pay certain sums into any merchant account. There is no such thing as Merchant task payment or VIP in Konga.

There have been several other activities like this. As a result, we want to clarify to you, our dearest customers.

Beware of scammers

A most recent scenario is the case of the fake Konga 9th anniversary sale. Konga is not having her 9th-Anniversary Sale but her 10th-Anniversary Sale. This campaign kicked off on Monday, June 27 and will run through July 10, 2022.

We have designed this 10th Anniversary sale as an excellent opportunity to enjoy discounts across all categories on Konga. Loads of giveaways, freebies, and mouth-watering deals, are all up for grabs.

You should also know that our only official website is www.konga.com, and any news we have will be done via our websites and our social media pages. @shopkonga on Instagram, Konga Group on Linkedin, Facebook @shopkonga, Youtube @shopkonga, and Twitter @shopkonga.

Please, do not hesitate to report fraudulent or suspicious activities through our various customer care channels. You can send us an email at help@konga.com. Call us on 07080635700, 08094605555, 018883435 or send us a WhatsApp message via https://wa.me/2348094605555

We remain committed to our mission of creating a trusted and vibrant retail ecosystem that facilitates trade across Africa while being the E-commerce group you trust.

Remember, beware of scammers!!!
