Answer: To return an item, log on to your Konga account, click on my orders, select the affected order number(s) and click on ‘return’ (capture the reason for return and attach a snapshot or video clip. 4. How long does resolution take after I have returned an item?

Answer: Feedback on resolution after you have returned an item will be communicated within 1-2 business days. This is because the item must be examined to determine the defect and confirm if suitable for a repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

5. How do I start selling on Konga?

Answer: To start selling on Konga, you will be required to create a store on shq.konga.com. Note that new stores can have their items listed for sale after subscribing to a plan.

6. How do I track my order?

Answer: You can track your order by visiting www.track.konga.com and entering your order number beginning with F to know the shipment update.

7. What if I forget my konga.com Password?

Answer: Click on the ‘forget password button’ and follow the prompt.

8. What if I want to return an item that is not defective or damaged?

Answer: We will engage with the seller of the product if a merchant sells it on the platform and revert with his feedback afterwards. 

9. What is KongaPrime?

Answer: KongaPrime is a free delivery service for customers in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. One month’s Subscription for Lagos is N1,000, while 3 months is N2,490. For Abuja, 1 month is N1,290 and 3 months is N3,490. Also, for Rivers, 1 month is N2000.

10. What if I forget my konga.com Password?

Answer: Click on the ‘forget password button’ and follow the prompt.
