Water Bottle

Staying hydrated while exercising is essential for getting through your workout session. Even though some gyms have water dispensers, water bottles are necessary for any gym bag. Going back and forth to the dispenser would only cut into your gym time.

Keeping a water bottle handy makes staying hydrated at the gym easier. We recommend purchasing a refillable or reusable water bottle. It’s better for the environment, and you can always refill it at the water dispenser.

Towels

When your training gets intense, you’ll undoubtedly be drenched in sweat. Towels are essential in your gym bag to manage perspiration. The best towels are made of microfiber because they dry fast and absorb more sweat. Also, a towel is required for cleaning equipment before and after use. Alternatively, you could use cleansing wipes if you’re concerned about germs.
