In the absence of the large equipment you would ordinarily make use of at the gym, try incorporating bodyweight routines such as squats, lunges, burpees, planks, and the like. Smaller equipment like Dumb-bells, Revoflex AB Rollers, or a Skipping Rope could also serve the purpose of getting you right on track.
