Did You Know? Here’s What Is Celebrated After Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day can be particularly annoying for those yet to find love, and this year was no different. The Single Pringles must have felt lonely seeing couples in red outfits and displays of affection flood our timelines. Some ‘Singlets’ even sent themselves flowers, lmao.

Not to worry, I’ve got good news for you, team Single. Have you heard about Anti-Valentine’s Week? Anti-valentine’s week begins on February 15th, following Valentine’s Day. This week, Slap Day, Kick Day, Confession Day, Missing Day, and Breakup Day are all observed. This week’s celebrations are unrelated to all things love because they are the perfect detox from the days of love, and Kick Day is no exception.

Kick Day is said to be the day to eliminate any negativity left over from an ex-lover. People who have been served hot breakfast understand the negativity it brings to them. So, kick-day celebrated on the second day of this week, is for you to eliminate this negativity.

Anti-Valentine’s week holds the solution for all singles who have cringed at the public display of romance by people in relationships. So, while couples wait for Valentine’s Day, singles anticipate Anti-Valentine’s Week, LOL.
