In response to the efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in Nigeria. We rolled-out the #SOLOSAFE campaign – a 10M palliative set up to support shoppers through the pandemic. To benefit from this, visit, select all items you need, and add the Code ‘SOLOSAFE’ at checkout. A value would automatically be deducted from your shopping cart to reduce the price of your purchases.

The health & safety of our customers remains our priority. Following the alarming outbreak and spread of COVID-19 within the country, our closure of physical stores has become inevitable as law enforcement agents have shut down some of our primary locations. We plead the understanding of our partners and merchants. And urge that they use new locations close to them. We, however, reiterate the fact that we are available online to deliver ALL your needs.

Halting Deliveries To Port Harcourt – Rivers State

In light of directives to lockdown Rivers State by the Government, we regret to announce that our deliveries to Port-Harcourt have temporarily been halted.

Payment On Delivery (POD) To All Destinations Temporarily Suspended

Konga is powered by small businesses that are inadvertently also facing challenges this period. 
As mentioned above, we have taken the decision to suspend all Payment On Delivery transactions. This is to enable us protect our sellers while we focus on providing essentials and major human needs at this critical time. We appeal that all buyers make payment via any of our hitch-free payment channels and we guarantee timely delivery nationwide.

Halting Deliveries To Kwara and Osun State

In light of directives to lockdown by the Kwara and Osun State Government, we have unfortunately halted deliveries to these states.

1st April 2020

Payment On Delivery Exclusive To Lagos Only

In line with our earlier decision to temporarily suspend Payment On Delivery (POD) to all destinations, We have made a U-turn on Lagos. Kindly note that payment on delivery can still be made on all transactions from N100,000 and above in Lagos State.

Pick- Up Feature Unavailable  Nationwide

As always, the health and safety of our customers, colleagues, and communities are a top priority.  Following the rampant spread of COVID-19 in some states of the federation, we have taken steps to close up some of our pick up centers. We plead that you place your orders and they would be delivered directly to your doorstep instead.

Deliveries to Abia, Akwa Ibom, Ebonyi, Delta, and Anambra Temporarily Suspended

To help curtail the pandemic spread, We have unfortunately halted deliveries to these locations.

Payment On Delivery (POD) Now Live in Abuja and Port Harcourt

As opposed to an earlier decision to suspend, Payment on delivery is now back to Abuja and Port Harcourt. This means, you can place your orders, and have them delivered to these locations.

In light of government directives to lockup, we have suspended deliveries to Niger state.
